Quantitative Proteomics of Cell Factories

Development of advanced quantitive proteomics methods to uncover mechanistic biological insight into pure microbial cultures, co-cultures and microbial communities. 

We have developed cross-species methods to look at unsequenced organisms and then applied this to metaproteomics of natural aquatic microbial assemblages.
